Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 60 days of shipment for non-defective items, subject to:
- 20% restocking fee
- Original prepaid freight charges (if applicable)
Defective items carry no restocking fee. Custom products can’t be returned.
Start a Return
Section titled “Start a Return”Every return needs a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before you ship it. To get one, either:
- Email support@asphaltanchors.com with your order number and what you’d like to return, or
- Start a return from your account.
Return Requirements
Section titled “Return Requirements”- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer pays return shipping
- Include your order number and RMA number with the return
- Email the tracking number to support@asphaltanchors.com
Shortages and Shipping Damage
Section titled “Shortages and Shipping Damage”Report any shortage within 5 days of receiving your shipment. File claims for shipping damage directly with the carrier.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection at our warehouse.
